How ScoreCircle Works — Predictions, Fantasy and Your Circle

ScoreCircle is the free Premier League predictions game that also gives your group a full fantasy competition — in one place, on one leaderboard. You create a private group called a Circle, invite your mates, and everyone predicts match scores and manages a fantasy squad through the 2026/27 season. No gambling, no subscription, nothing to pay, ever. Here is exactly how it all works — and how to start playing today.

What is a Circle?

A Circle is a private group on ScoreCircle — not a public leaderboard full of strangers. You create one in about 60 seconds: give it a name, and share the invite link with whoever you want in it. When your friends click the link, a quick free sign-up drops them straight into your Circle.

Each Circle has its own leaderboard that only its members can see. Your predictions and points are a private competition between you and the people you actually want to beat. And you are not limited to one: you can be in unlimited Circles at once — a work Circle, a family Circle, one for your five-a-side team — each with its own table, its own invite link, and its own rivalry. That is what makes ScoreCircle feel personal: every point you score means something to somebody you know.

Two ways to play — predictions and fantasy

Every Circle automatically comes with both game modes. There is nothing to set up and nothing extra to pay: each player in your Circle simply chooses to play predictions, fantasy, or both, and the leaderboard keeps score of everything.

Predictions mode

Predictions mode is a Premier League score predictor for your whole group. Before each match you call the exact score — 2–1, 0–0, whatever your gut says — and your prediction locks at kick-off. Nail the exact scoreline and you bag 3 points. Call the right result without the exact score and you take 1 point. Miss completely and you get nothing. Some Circles also switch on a bonus tier for near-misses, so a close call earns a little extra.

The leaderboard updates live as goals go in, which is where the fun lives: a 90th-minute winner can turn your afternoon around while the group chat melts down. And because every matchday starts fresh, one bad weekend never buries you — there is always a next round to claw it back.

Fantasy mode

Fantasy mode is a full Premier League fantasy game, free inside your Circle. You build a 15-player squad — with a £100.0m budget and a maximum of three players from any one club — then pick your starting XI in the formation you fancy. Your players earn points from their real-world performances: goals, assists, clean sheets, penalty saves and minutes played all score, while yellow cards, red cards and own goals cost you.

Between gameweeks you make transfers to chase form and fixtures, and every week you name a captain whose points count double — the classic agonising decision, now with your mates watching. Unlike predictions, fantasy points accumulate across the whole season, so your squad-building tells a 38-week story from August to May.

Your AI coach — built into both modes

ScoreCircle has a real AI assistant — powered by Claude — available inside both game modes. You do not need to be a football statistician to compete, because the AI can do the heavy thinking for you.

Fantasy AI Coach

Open the AI Coach inside fantasy mode and pick from ten advisory modes: build a complete 15-player squad within your budget, pick your best captain, find transfers that add the most expected points, scan for injured or doubtful players with recommended replacements, plan transfers across the next three gameweeks based on fixture difficulty, order your bench for the best auto-sub coverage, and more. Every suggestion includes the AI's reasoning, so you can accept it, adjust it, or just use it as a starting point. Nothing changes in your squad until you confirm.

There is also Auto-Play: enable it before the gameweek deadline and the AI builds and submits your squad automatically — so you are always in the game, even when you forget or cannot get to your phone in time.

AI Coach — Transfer advice

OUT: Trent Alexander-Arnold (knee concern)

IN: Robertson · BHA · £6.2m · 3 home fixtures (GW3, GW4, GW6)

Reason: Brighton have excellent home fixtures over the next four gameweeks. Robertson averages 6.2 points per game over the last eight and is in strong clean-sheet form.

Predictions: AI Me

For the predictions game, the AI Me button fills any blank predictions you have left with realistic, probability-weighted scorelines — based on how often each type of result actually happens in Premier League football. Tap it once and your whole gameweek is covered. It is especially useful when you know the big fixtures but have not had time to research the 3pm Saturday games.

Every player in your Circle has access to the same AI tools, so using them is not an unfair advantage — it is just good time management.

How to get started

First, create your free account at sc.nokih.com. It takes about 90 seconds: an email address, a password, and you are in. There is no credit card step because there is nothing to buy — ScoreCircle is a free Premier League fantasy game and predictions platform in one.

Second, create your Circle. Tap “Create Circle”, give it a name your group will recognise (the pettier the better, in our experience), and copy the invite link.

Third, share that link with your group — paste it into the group chat and let it do the work. As each friend joins, they appear on your Circle's leaderboard, and you are all set for the season.

The 2026/27 Premier League season kicks off on Friday 21 August. You have time to set up your Circle, get your mates in, and make your first predictions before Gameweek 1.

Frequently asked questions

Do my friends need an account to join my Circle?

Yes, but it could not be easier. When a friend clicks your invite link, they are taken straight to a free sign-up that takes under two minutes — an email address and a password, nothing more. No credit card, no personal details beyond that. As soon as they finish signing up, they are automatically added to your Circle and appear on your leaderboard.

Can I change my predictions after submitting?

Yes — right up until kick-off. Every prediction stays editable until the match it belongs to actually starts, so you can react to team news, injuries or pure gut feeling all week. Once the referee blows the first whistle, that prediction locks and the points are decided by what happens on the pitch. Matches later in the gameweek stay open until their own kick-off times.

What happens if I miss a gameweek?

Nothing dramatic — you just score zero prediction points for any match you did not predict, and you can jump straight back in for the next fixtures. In fantasy mode your most recently saved squad carries forward, so your players keep earning points based on their real performances even in a week when you did not make changes.

Is there a mobile app?

ScoreCircle is a progressive web app, which means it works on every phone, tablet and computer straight from the browser at sc.nokih.com — no app store, no download, no updates to install. On iPhone or Android you can add it to your home screen and it behaves like a native app, including push notifications for kick-offs and results if you switch them on.

Can I see other Circles' leaderboards?

No. Circles are private by design. You can only see the leaderboards of Circles you have been invited into and joined. Your predictions, your fantasy squad and your points are visible to your Circle mates and nobody else. If you want to compete with a new group, create another Circle — there is no limit.
